The following job-hunting tips are intended to help the older workers. The first type of employment to look for is the temporary or project assignments. The willingness to work on temporary basis without the benefits will give an edge over the younger workers. Volunteering with a non-profit may lead to some other employment offers. The resume should be rewritten highlighting the skills needed for the particular job interview. Posting resume on the job boards specializing in older workers is also an option.
